Payment processing on the Web Gerek platform is handled by our payment service provider, Freemius, Inc.

Refund Conditions

After subscribing to a paid plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not yet used any paid features.

The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Requests made after using paid features (even within 14 days; evaluated case by case)
  • Upgrading your current plan (e.g. Pro to Pro+)
  • Billing cycle changes (e.g. monthly to annual)
  • Subscription renewal payments

Free Trial

If you cancel before your free trial ends, you won't be charged. A reminder email is sent 2 days before your trial expires.

If not cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid plan.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period. Once the period ends, your account reverts to the free plan.
